What does acreage property maintenance cost?
Acreage mowing starts from $150 plus GST, and most blocks land between $150 and $350 a visit. Hedges, fence line weed control and green waste are priced into the same quote, so you know the full cost of a visit before we start.
One schedule for the whole property
Most of our acreage customers are on a fortnightly or monthly schedule. Through the warm, wet months grass grows hard in the hinterland, so the visits sit closer together; through the cooler, drier months they stretch out. Keeping the grass at a steady height lets the ride on cut clean, with no clumps left across the paddock.
What helps us quote
Send a few photos of the block with the quote form, one from the house and one from the far fence line, and tell us roughly how big it is. If parts of the block hold water after rain, say so and we will plan the run around it. A sloping block? See sloped block mowing.

How big a block do you look after?
Big or small, we mow it. Tell us the size of the block in the quote form and we will come back with a customised quote.
Do you need to see the property first?
Photos are usually enough to quote. For a big or complicated block we may ask to have a look on our next run past.
Can you do the hedges and take the green waste on the same visit?

Do you do one off clean ups on acreage?
Yes. Most customers are on a regular schedule, and we take on one off clean ups before a sale, a party or a long trip away too.
